Terry Whitehead

Section 70 (4) of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 prohibits contributions to campaigns by municipalities or local boards.

As a nominated candidate in the 2010 Municipal Election, Councillor Whitehead has removed his personal biography from both this and the City’s website located at www.hamilton.ca.
