When it cost the city money to have trucks and drivers to pick up bulk items, why is this a free service, but when citizens use there own vehicles and gas they are charged to dispose of bulk items. Does not make sense to me.
totally agree with you Kate. When we take our garbage to the dump we still have to pay fees – It should be free…..
