		<description>Use new blue boxes exactly the same as the green ones. The green ones are of good enough quality, that we shouldn&#039;t have to worry about any durability issues. A mechanism or provision for some sort of a latch for the lid might be in order (keeping animals at bay). The same bin manufacturer will be fine. Do not use a different design; consistency matters! If the city want to get fancy in the future, we can look into the use of a yellow bin for plastics.</description>
